Caliente dos cucharadas de aceite en una olla a fuego alto y selle el cerdo por todos sus lados. Retire.<\/li><li>En la misma olla, fr\u00eda a fuego medio la cebolla, el ajo y el aj\u00ed molido por cinco minutos. A\u00f1ada las arvejas, el choclo y el pimiento. Reintegre el cerdo y vierta tres tazas y media de agua. Salpimiente y cocine por 10 minutos.\u00a0<\/li><li>Agregue el arroz y mezcle. Deje que hierva y se reduzca el l\u00edquido. Luego tape y cocine a fuego bajo por 20 minutos o hasta que el arroz est\u00e9 listo.\u00a0<\/li><li>Mientras tanto, fr\u00eda los pl\u00e1tanos y reserve.<\/li><li>Sirva el arroz con cerdo.
