Calienta el aceite de oliva en una olla grande a fuego medio.<br>2. Agrega la cebolla y el ajo y cocina hasta que est\u00e9n suaves.<br>3. Agrega los garbanzos, el comino, el piment\u00f3n, la sal y la pimienta. Mezcla bien.<br>4. Agrega el caldo de pescado o agua y lleva a ebullici\u00f3n.<br>5. Reduce el fuego a bajo y cocina durante 20-25 minutos o hasta que los garbanzos est\u00e9n suaves.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Paso 2: Preparar el pescado frito<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>1.
