Lava y seca las piezas de pollo. Sazona con sal, pimienta y un poco de or\u00e9gano.<br>2. En una cacerola grande, calienta el aceite a fuego medio. Agrega el pollo y dora por todos lados durante unos 5-7 minutos. Retira el pollo y reserva.<br>3. En la misma cacerola, a\u00f1ade la cebolla picada y sofr\u00edela hasta que est\u00e9 transparente. Agrega el ajo y cocina por un minuto m\u00e1s, cuidando que no se queme.<br>4. Si usas tomates frescos, p\u00e9lalos (puedes escaldarlos para pelarlos f\u00e1cilmente) y p\u00edcalos. Agrega los tomates picados (o el pur\u00e9 de tomate) a la cebolla y el ajo. Cocina a fuego medio durante unos 10 minutos hasta que se forme una salsa.<br>5.
