Trocea la carne en piezas medianas, lava bien<br>Condimenta la carne con pimienta, comino, sal, jugo de lim\u00f3n y ajo. 2. Masajea bien y deja reposar por 30 minutos.<br>3. Coloca la carne sazonada en una olla y a\u00f1ade suficiente agua para cubrirla. A\u00f1ade sal al gusto y cocina a fuego medio. Tapa la olla y deja cocinar por aproximadamente 25 minutos, hasta que el agua se reduzca y la carne est\u00e9 suave.<br>4. Una vez que el l\u00edquido se ha evaporado, agrega manteca de cerdo para fre\u00edr la carne en su propia grasa. Deja que el chicharr\u00f3n se dore completamente.<br>5.
